Motor Sales have provided my family and I with cars which have perfectly suited our changing needs and financial circumstances over the last few years. They have consistently given us particularly good advice on the suitability of a vehicle based on what we will use it for. We have also always been offered very fair trade-in or part exchange prices enabling us to make the changes over the years, they have built up a network of good contacts regarding servicing and maintaining their vehicles once the sale has been made, and will go out of their way to assist customers should a problem occur. We are impressed by their knowledge of the used car market, the variety of vehicles on offer and their ability to match the customer to the car that will most suit them.

Thought I'd take a minute to write a review on my recent experience dealing with James. After searching online for a car I came across one locally with, they couldn't of been more helpful, offered to bring the car to me as I would of struggled to get to them as I was without transport and with a young child. The Car was even better than described and after a test drive I left a deposit and the car was delivered the following day. The whole experience was excellent and I never once felt under any pressure to buy the car.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Knowing we were coming they had the car ready for us to inspect - it was a Mondeo in amazing condition for the price (less than £5k) with low mileage. We bought it straight away. When I collected it the next day the staff took the time to show me how to access the Sat Nav etc.

Its unfortunate that you felt the need to leave a negative review of our company solely based on your disappointment regarding a clutch release bearing not being covered under warranty after over 3 months of ownership. Whilst we try extremely hard to keep all our customers happy this doesn't extend to covering wear and tear items on 14 year old vehicles under the threat of a negative review
