Excellent service and would definitely recommend!I purchased a 2012 VW Touran and this was exactly as described, the sale was so easy with no pressure to buy the car.Very helpful staff.

I was told the car i was buying was immaculate, however, after driving 80 miles to view it, I found rust on the rear wheel arch & the sat Nav didn't work. I also Part-X'ed my rare 04 mk7 EX-A facelift accord, which had new tires, brakes and mileage equivalent to half its age with a private selling price of around £1000. against the newer MK8 accord, heartbreakingly they only offered me £500, half its true value. Despite the above niggles, sales were very polite and as men of their word, they did buy & replace the Sat Nav. I would still recommend buying from this dealer again, however I would recommend selling your part-X privately and ask for any defects to be listed prior to viewing.

Really great experience buying a car from ADL. Made to feel welcome as soon as I walked in, no pressure sale. Car was put through MOT and serviced. Had a problem in the first week which was a worry as due to go on holiday, but after a quick call was booked in and repaired promptly to fit in with my plans. Made me test drive when I collected to make sure all was well. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Really shady, after putting a deposit on a car with “service history” in the ad believing there was a couple stamps or bits of paperwork missing which was all fine, when arriving at the dealership the man said all the service history was there, after looking at the paperwork and records, there was 8 years of history missing, which I asked about. He said that in order to get the rest of the documents I would have to purchase the car first and the new registered owner would get all the missing history emailed to me, i was hesitant and wanted to see the history first rather than taking his word that it’s all actually there. A few minutes later one of the other staff phones and says that the service history is actually missing and that he would try and get it from previous owners and places it had been, when I asked for my deposit back he declined.

Thankyou for taking the time to write a review. It is a shame you have chosen to write a negative one based on a false account of what actually occurred. For clarification although you have posted as anonymous, we receive such little bad feedback we know which vehicle this is in relation too (Honda Accord). The vehicle was never advertised as having a full service history and the original advert is accessible via Autotrader which clearly states this. This customer wrongly assumed the vehicle had a full service history and once at the dealership he was passed onto the director who originally sold the customer the vehicle and was reminded of the initial conversation which was had and at no point was a full service history discussed. The director offered to try to trace the missing history or the customer could do so himself once he had the V5 back in his name as some main dealers wont give out service information now due to data protection concerns. At this point the customer seemed happy, had inspected the vehicle and found no faults / concerns (which he has conveniently left out of his review) but then wandered off and couldn't be found again. The last contact we had with him was the next day when he called to say he doesn't want to go ahead and would like his deposit back which we declined as we had not broken the terms of the agreed upon sale

Brought a 2nd hand car but they made it feel brand new, they did a mot and full service on it and new tires and made sure the car was in tip top shape before selling it to me, I'm very impressed and definitely will be going there again if I need another car and id definitely recommend them if others need a car.

James was very accommodating to my questions, gave me straight answers. The car was presented very well and as described. Promises kept regarding new mat's, oil service and they sourced replacement manuals for the car which were absent. We went on a decent test drive, town, A roads and dual carriageway. Good price for a well chosen vehicle. Would use them again.

An excellent experience! My location made it difficult to view the car and I bought based on the photos and description. It was entirely honest and accurate, the car is in fantastic condition and I am extremely happy. I can certainly recommend this business very highly.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Knowing we were coming they had the car ready for us to inspect - it was a Mondeo in amazing condition for the price (less than £5k) with low mileage. We bought it straight away. When I collected it the next day the staff took the time to show me how to access the Sat Nav etc.
